    It is truely a service oriented hotel. The staff is happy to serve. The hotel does not count pennies and is happy to help and provide all amenities it can to make your stay better. The rooms with the lagoon axis make it so easy to enjoy the hotel.

    staff behaviars are very friendly and nice.The decoration was especial.there was claim and good place to be relax. also spa & massage and pool were very good.their music were very very lovely,I liked them very much.I exactly like all thing in that hotel

    I don't like some small animals like lisure that sometimes it's come to my room

    The location was excellent, short walk to the paradise island of Bali, amenities of Nusa Dua and the pool/beach, and had great views. Brand-new rooms and a lounge area, a storage, and a safe included. The staff was willing to help, I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff was very attentive and highly courteous, so I will be returning here soon...

    Extraordinary hotel with updated rooms and good view of the ocean. Thanks to the nice staff everything was very easy, including a wide range ofdelicious food.     The Place is peaceful and quiet, with wonderful view of sun rise at the beach. Very suitable for someone who is looking for a relaxing gateaway.

    The Beach is too quiet and we cannot play surfing or just enjoy the wave.

    The quality and maintenance of the rooms. The friendliness of the staff.

    The beach is average - but then one wouldn't really go to Bali for true beach holidays. The noise of all the sports activities in front of the hotel beach. The high prices for alcoholic drinks - again driven by tax but also quite some serious margins for the hotel. A very simple bottle of red is close to US$ 100.

    I and my wife spent most of the time inside the hotel room, enjoying the scenery from the balcony. And we had dinner at eight degree. The food is gd and d staff is helpful, the view is nice. And chatting at the cafe inside the lobby.

    Stayed here with some galfrens from the 7th till 9th. A fren was having a wedding there. We got a free upgrade to a suite and i must say it was my most luxurious stay in a hotel ever! Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The beach was great. Brekkie was excellent. Every single aspect of the Conrad is carefully looked into. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming back again.

    The twin suite was absolute perfection-spacious and luxurious with a tv in the bath! The complimentary breakfast was mind-blowing, offering food from around the world. The pool is amazing, and there's a lovely walkway along the beach for long walks. The staff, especially andy at check-in, provided really good service.

    The hotel staff were so friendly and very effective. The facilities of the hotel were great, particular the amazing swimming pools. Great hotel for family with kids, as they have not only fancy kids pool, but kids zone. The hotel even supplied a small set of baby cream, shower gel etc. when we arrived. The hotel room is big and we had extra bed for our 7ys girl free of charge. Really enjoyed the hotel.

    The breakfast was a bit poor and the location is a bit far out. We had to use Taxi to visit local restaurants. Due to high percentage customers there were Japanese, which the front desk staff were a bit unfriendly towards other Asian customers.
